Favorite Flavor of the Month: Cookies & Cream!

This dynamic flavor duo was first introduced to the world as a variety of ice cream in the late 1970s by dairy science plant manager Shirley Seas and two students, Joe Leedom and Joe Van Treeck, at South Dakota State University. The ice cream flavor has become so popular that it’s melted over into all styles of bakery treats, from cakes and pies to candy and cookies.
